Q. Who provides utilities to Sheridan Crossing?
A. Utilities are provided by the following organizations:
- Electric - Phase I & III: Verdigris Valley Electric Cooperative, Inc.
- Electric - Phase II & IV: Public Service Company of Oklahoma
- Gas: Oklahoma Natural Gas
- Water: Rural Water District #3, Washington County
- Trash removal: American Waste Control, Inc.
- Cable and Internet are provided by various companies.
Q. Who provides services to Sheridan Crossing?
A. Services are provided by the following governmental bodies:
- Fire protection: City of Owasso
- Police protection: Tulsa County Sheriff's Office
- School district: Owasso Public Schools
Q. How much are the Homeowners Association Dues?
A. Our dues for the 2025/2026 fiscal year are $403. Your timely payment is greatly appreciated. Current financials can be found on the Documents page. Invoices are handed out at the annual meeting in July or mailed immediately afterwards.
Q. What payment methods are accepted?
A. Payments can currently be paid through Venmo, @sheridancrossinghoa (please DO NOT check goods or services), or mailed to PO Box 555, Owasso, OK, 74055
Q. What communication options do neighbors have?
A. The Board uses this website for all official communication, as well as snail mail. All questions should be directed through the Contact Us page. There is also a neighborhood Facebook group available to residents.
